1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the 3kvp platform ("3kvp", "we", "our") and the user of the website ("user", "you"). It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. However, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, and bonus funds will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• After claiming the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before withdrawing.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• Each user may receive this bonus once only.
• Taking advantage of the bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• 3kvp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• If abuse of bonus terms or manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular members may be promoted to VIP tiers based on their activity. There are three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment and benefit distribution are entirely at 3kvp's discretion and all benefits are subject to change.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting weaknesses in the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for illegal money transfers or money laundering.
• Colluding with or coordinating with other users to manipulate the system.

5.2 Consequences

If any of the above activities are proven, 3kvp reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account, forfeit all bonus and winnings funds, and take legal action if necessary.
